		<description>Unfortunatly there is really nothing you can do. If your pet was not specifically effected by the food(with evidence to prove it) then you can't file a law suit. You have nothing to to sue for. 

It was not intentional, and tings happen. Food(human) is recalled all the time for one thing or another. There are plenty of healthy pet foods on the market, people just don't want to spend the extra cash to buy it(not saying thats you, just people in general)</description>

But you know what....mistakes happen. Just remember the whole spinach &#038; peanut butter ''scare'' that we had. It's not just pet food that messes up sometimes!

Most of the foods on recall, I would never consider feeding my animals anyways. They aren't very high quality foods (with the except of Natural Balance &#038; Science Diet Prescription).

I use Blue Buffalo right now, and have no concerns about it ever showing up on the recall list.</description>
